Dayton, OH, October 07, 2008 - Sogeti, a leading international provider of professional IT services and member of the Capgemini Group, announced today its plans to further grow its Cleveland office. The Sogeti Cleveland office currently employs approximately 50 professionals, primarily serving Cleveland companies in the Financial Services, Healthcare and Manufacturing industries. Sogeti expects an additional 25 to 50 professionals to join the team in Cleveland in 2009. The addition of these professionals will ensure that Sogeti can continue providing the highest quality service to its clients. |

| The Sogeti office in Cleveland has already begun this team growth with the addition of two new team members, Geographical Vice President, Martin van den Berg, and a new Account Executive, Lisa Johansson. |

| Van den Berg has worked for Sogeti Netherlands for nearly 10 years as a Business Unit Manager for Infrastructure Services and Project Management. “We already have a good and solid operation in the Cleveland office with a great team in place. Our plans are to significantly grow the operation over the next few years,” shared van den Berg about the Cleveland office. “The region regards us (Sogeti) as a local professional service provider with a global footprint.” |

| Before recently joining Sogeti, Johansson devoted 15 of the past 19 years to telecommunications sales in the Cleveland market selling to Fortune 1,000 accounts. “I am very excited to join a company that has such a strong focus on customer relationships and teamwork,” said Johansson. “I am very impressed with the expertise and agility to meet customer demands as well as their depth of worldwide resources that Sogeti brings to its customers.
