| Sogeti USA Hires New VP for Healthcare Industry |

| Dayton, OH September 28, 2009: Sogeti, a leading international provider of professional IT services, announced today that it has hired Andrew Tessier as the new Vice President of Healthcare to further the industry expertise that it provides to clients. |

| With over 15 years of IT experience, Tessier has a proven track record for developing and implementing enterprise-scale technology solutions for large corporations. Tessier will work with clients nationwide, and will be based out of Minneapolis. Before joining Sogeti, Tessier was a Principal Consultant with Capgemini’s Architecture Services team and most recently he served as Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture and acting Chief Technology Officer for Park Nicollet Health Services, a regional healthcare provider with two million patients, 45 medical subspecialties, 30 in and outpatient locations and 12 retail facilities. |
